CHICAGO — A woman is suing Lexington Health Care Center of Chicago Ridge for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Maude Patterson filed a complaint on Feb. 5 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent her from developing the ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. She is represented by David A. Kadzai of Kadzai Law Group LLC in Chicago.
