CHICAGO — A business is suing J.A. Kohlhepp Sons Inc., which does business as Kohlhepp's True Value, and Benjamin R. Kohlhepp for alleged breach of contract.
True Value Company filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed and refused to pay it for supplies and services that it allegedly had provided them.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $136,702 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Isaac J. Colunga and Kelsey Weyhing of Ice Miller LLP in Chicago.
