CHICAGO — A woman is suing Symphony Buffalo Grove LLC, Symphony Post Acute Network and Symcare HMG LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Linda Forsberg filed a complaint on Feb. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she fell from her wheelchair, which allegedly caused her to sustain injuries while in the defendants' care. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise her to prevent her from falling from her wheelchair.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Melanie K. Fairman of Seidman Margulis & Fairman LLP in Chicago.
