CHICAGO — A man is suing NorthShore University HealthSystem Corporation and Glenbrook Hospital for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Jerome Johnson filed a complaint on Feb. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained physical injuries on July 21 when he allegedly fell while being transferred to a CT machine. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate personnel to assist him while being transferred to a CT machine.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Richard L. Pullano and Matthew T. Siporin of Pullano Law Offices in Chicago.
