CHICAGO — A man is suing The Gooch Firm, as successor in interest to Gauthier & Gooch; Gauthier Family Law, as successor in interest to Gauthier & Gooch; and Thomas W. Gooch III for alleged breach of contract, breach of duty and negligence.
Gary Solomon filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to pursue his complaint against another man, identified as Howard Rosenfeld, leading to his complaint against Rosenfield being dismissed with prejudice. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to inform him the complaint was dismissed.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by the Law Offices of Arnold H. Landis in Chicago.
