CHICAGO — A woman is suing West Suburban Nursing & Rehab Center, Infinity Healthcare Management, and three individuals for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Renee Boykin filed a complaint on March 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered a fall, which allegedly resulted in a right femoral neck fracture that required surgery. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise her to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
