CHICAGO — A man is suing Ozinga Bros Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Russell Adcock filed a complaint on Feb. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he was struck by a truck on Oct. 3, causing serious physical injuries. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly allowing its employee to operate the truck at an improper speed without keeping a proper look out.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that will satisfy the jurisdictional limits of this court and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Clifford W. Horwitz of Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
