CHICAGO — A woman is suing Celeste Nightclub and Bonhomme Hospitality Group LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Priscilla De Luna filed a complaint on Feb. 27 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was injured on June 25, 2016, when she allegedly slipped and fell down four flights of stairs. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly maintain and service the staircase on their property to make sure it was free of any defects that could cause her to slip and fall.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Jason H. Sherwood of Sherwood Law Group LLC in Chicago.
