CHICAGO — A woman is suing Judy Stenstrom; James R. Schulte, D.D.S.; James R. Schulte D.D.S., Ltd.; and Midwest Dental of Illinois LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Diane Arke filed a complaint on March 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained serious physical injuries as a result of allegedly not being timely diagnosed with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and mouth. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her condition, which allegedly caused her to sustain further physical injuries to her mouth.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kurt D. Lloyd of Lloyd Law Group Ltd. in Chicago.
