CHICAGO — An individual is suing Dr. Lynn Martin, NorthShore Medical Group, NorthShore University HealthSystem and NorthShore Physician Associates Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Yael Paryzerband filed a complaint on March 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to treat her infectious disease. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to identify that she was suffering from a bacterial infection.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that is adequate to compensate her for all her losses and court costs. She is represented by Michael L. Teich and Adam M. Gilbert of Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen Ltd. in Chicago.
