CHICAGO — A woman is suing Presence Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital for medical malpractice and allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Tiffany Stevenson, executor of the estate of Rhonda Stevenson, filed a complaint on March 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Rhonda Stevenson developed pressure ulcers that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her health while in the defendants' care. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Rhonda Stevenson to prevent her from developing pressure ulcers.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court for losses and damages. She is represented by Kralovec Jambois and Schwartz in Chicago.
