CHICAGO — A man is suing Debonair Social Club for allegedly using excessive force to remove him from the premises.
Ricardo Rodriguez filed a complaint on March 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained physical injuries when he allegedly was struck, pulled and tugged without justification. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly forcibly removing him from their premises and for allegedly failing to provide adequate security to prevent him from being struck.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court, plus court costs. He is represented by F. Dean Armstrong of Armstrong Law Firm P.C. in Flossmoor.
