CHICAGO — A woman is suing Presence St. Mary's Hospital and three individuals for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Nancie Alexander filed a complaint on March 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was made to undergo an endoscopic procedure despite allegedly not needing to have one done. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her condition to make sure she needed the procedure, which allegedly caused her to sustain injuries.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Joseph T. Gentleman of Gentleman Law in Chicago.
