CHICAGO — A law firm is suing Karamanis Law Group LLC, Rosie Chavez and Elva Chavez for alleged breach of contract.
Harvey L. Walner & Associates Ltd. filed a complaint on March 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to pay it one-third of a $100,000 settlement they assert they were owed under a referral agreement.
The plaintiff is represented by Robert J. McLaughlin and Christina M. Flores of Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge LLC in Chicago.
