CHICAGO — A woman is suing Continental Nursing & Rehab Center, Wentworth Rehab & Health Care Center and Alden - Wentworth Rehabilitation and Alden Wentworth Rehab & Health Care Center for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Latasha Skinner, independent administrator to collect for the estate of Latrice Skinner, filed a complaint on March 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Latrice Skinner developed pressure ulcers that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her overall health.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
