CHICAGO — A woman is suing the Villa at Evergreen Park and ManorCare of Oak Lawn West for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Wilma Hutton, independent administrator of the estate of Minnie Hutton, filed a complaint on March 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Minnie Hutton developed pressure ulcers that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her health.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
