CHICAGO — Two companies within the Bob Rohrman family of auto dealerships are suing Universal Underwriters Insurance Company for alleged breach of contract.
Rohr-Mont Motors Inc., which operates Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont, and Rohr-Grove Motors Inc., which operates Arlington Nissan, filed a complaint on March 26 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to defend and indemnify them in several lawsuits filed against them.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege they lost substantial sums of money stemming from the lawsuits and lack of coverage.
