CHICAGO — A man is suing Shire Law Group and Alan R. Press for alleged breach of contract.
Robert Strider filed a complaint on April 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to provide him with the information he requested for a trust for which he is purportedly a beneficiary.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he was damaged due to allegedly being denied access to the information he requested.
The plaintiff seeks an order for the defendant to provide accounting records for the Robert J. Tietz 1995 Trust and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Frederic C. Goodwill II of the Law Offices of Frederic C. Goodwill II in Evanston.
