Center for Sports Orthopaedics P.C., others allegedly failed to provide proper medical care

CHICAGO — A couple is suing Dr. Theodore Suchy, Dr. Ronald Pawlowski, Dr. William Choe, the Center for Sports Orthopaedics P.C., Adventist Glenoaks Hospital and St. Alexius Medical Center for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Elaine and Timothy Hoffman filed a complaint on April 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Elaine Hoffman underwent a surgical procedure that allegedly caused nerve damage. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose Elaine Hoffman's medical condition, which allegedly caused her nerves to compress.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. They are represented by John J. MacInerney of Hofeld and Schaffner in Chicago.
