CHICAGO — A woman is suing James A. Grana and Grana Trucking Company Incorporated for wrongful death and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Holly Gleason, special administrator of the estate of Paul Gleason, filed a complaint on April 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Grana failed to properly operate his vehicle, striking and killing Paul Gleason.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by attorney David J. Heyer in Chicago.
