CHICAGO — A company is suing River City Condominium Association; Michael Pyrchalla, owner of a condominium; and board members Donald Moore, Joe Sica, Ryan Palider, Micheline Magharious and Mark Mitrev for alleged breach of contract.
Admiral Indemnity Company filed a complaint on March 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging it has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants in a lawsuit or to be held liable for damages done to Pyrchalla's property.
The plaintiff seeks to declare that it is not liable under any insurance policies issued to the association and that it is not obligated to defend or indemnify the defendants. The plaintiff also seeks court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Geoffrey A. Bryce, Jeanne M. Hoffmann and Tina M.
