CHICAGO — The city of Palos Hills is suing AAA Funding Inc., Robak Inc. and Daniel Suchecki for alleged violation of state and federal laws.

Palos Hills filed suit March 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to take steps to keep an abandoned building at 11050 S. Roberts Road in Palos Hills safe, allowing it to become a public nuisance.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants; an order authorizing the demolition of the building; court costs; an order for the defendant to remove all debris, waste and rubbish from the property; and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by George Pappas in Chicago.
