Avmedoski Brothers allegedly failed to prevent woman from falling in parking lot

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Avmedoski Brothers for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Zolette Mishka filed a complaint on March 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she slipped and fell on March 15, 2017, due to ice and water that allegedly had accumulated in the defendant's parking lot. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to keep its premises reasonably safe or warn her of any hazards.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Adam Riback of Levin, Riback, Adelman & Flangel P.C. in Chicago.
