Cardio-Care Inc., others allegedly failed to provide proper medical care

A woman is suing Cardio-Care Inc. and Home Therapy Progress Ltd. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Cardio-Care Inc. and Home Therapy Progress Ltd. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Rosalind Lockett filed a complaint on March 14 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries, which allegedly caused her to be unable to carry out her normal activities. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly allowing her to engage in an exercise that would harm her during therapy.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kevin W. O'Connor of O'Connor Law Firm Ltd. in Chicago.
