Eurosport Racing LLC allegedly failed to properly repair Porsche 911 road racing car

An individual is suing Eurosport Racing LLC for alleged breach of contract.

CHICAGO — A man is suing Eurosport Racing LLC for alleged breach of contract.

Jerold Isaacson filed a complaint on March 14 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to properly repair his Porsche 911 Turbo and make it ready for the Road America Race in Elkhart Lake, Wis. In all, the plaintiff alleges he paid the defendant more than $97,000 for repairs and maintenance to his car. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Allen R. Perl and Vlad V. Chirica of Perl & Goodsnyder Ltd. in Chicago.
