CHICAGO — A man is suing AMB Tran Group LTD for alleged breach of contract.
Scot Vandenberg filed a complaint on April 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant breached its obligation to pay him pursuant to a revised stock repurchase agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to make required monthly payments of $8,333 from Feb. 15, 2017 through Aug. 17, and quarterly payments of $95,521 from Nov. 15 to present, pursuant to a repurchase agreement.
