CHICAGO — A lender is suing Affiliated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Ltd. and Stuart Dessner for alleged breach of contract.
U.S. Bank Equipment Finance filed a complaint on April 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants made the first 62 of 84 monthly payments for certain equipment, as stipulated in the amended agreement, but allegedly failed to make payments thereafter.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $45,148, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and any further relief the court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by D. Alexander Darcy of Askounis & Darcy PC in Chicago.
