CHICAGO — A woman is suing Bridgeway Senior Living LLC, Bensenville CCRC Holdings LLC, and two nurses for alleged negligence.
Janet Oliver, independent executor of the state of Tommie L. Tobusch, filed a complaint on May 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Tobusch sustained serious and permanent injuries after falling while at the defendants' facility. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Tobusch to prevent her from falling.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for compensatory damages, costs and attorney's fees. She is represented by Paul D. Richter and Caitlin K. Finnegan of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
