Faegre Baker Daniel issued the following announcement on June 4.
Marlo Miksche has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the intellectual property group in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Miksche leads clients through intellectual property and technology licensing transactions.
Miksche has successfully negotiated technology agreements for Software as a Service (SaaS), software licenses, hosting agreements and complex systems integration agreements.
Before joining FaegreBD, Miksche was an associate at Hellmuth & Johnson, where she advised clients on technology agreements, data security and data privacy issues.
Miksche earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law. She received a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
