CHICAGO — A customer is suing Alize Food and Liquor Inc., citing alleged negligence, personal injury and vicarious liability.
Emma Listenbee filed a complaint June 14 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was at the defendant's store on June 18, 2016 when she tripped and fell because the defendant allegedly allowed a pallet to be placed in the aisle. The plaintiff said the fall resulted in significant and permanent injuries.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment against defendants for damages and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Steven B. Muslin of Muslin & Sandberg in Chicago.
