CHICAGO — A woman is suing medical providers Ann Roberson, Mary Reiner and Progressive Health & Rehabilitation Ltd., citing alleged negligence.
Bonnie Prine filed a complaint June 21 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was injured in June 2016 as a result of the defendants' negligence in providing medical evaluations, care and treatment. The plaintiff said she suffered torn cartilage in the left knee, other physical and psychological injuries and pain and incurred medical expenses because of the defendants' alleged negligence.
The plaintiff claims the defendants should be held responsible because they allegedly failed to perform a proper physical test and failed to properly assess and treat the plaintiff's condition.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment in an amount greater than$50,000, plus costs. She is represented by Joseph Morrison of Morrison & Morrison PC in Waukegan.
