CHICAGO — A woman is suing Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, and doctors Collin Gillispie, Charles Caffrey and Chinh Phan, citing alleged negligence.

Mary Dinnen filed a complaint June 27 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained injuries on June 28, 2016, causing significant pain and suffering, disability and disfigurement, and incurred medical expenses as a result of the defendants' alleged failure to provide her with adequate care and treatment as part of a cryo-bronchoscopy procedure.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Greg Strellis of Strellis & Field Chartered in Chicago.
