Chicago Police Department issued the following announcement on July 23.
Gonzalez was arrested on July 22, 2018 at approximately 7:14 a.m. in the 2400 block of South St. Louis. after 10th District officers responded to a call of shots fired.
Gonzalez was discovered inside the garage of the property along with a rifle and a gun magazine. Surveillance video revealed Gonzalez in possession of the rifle and Robles discharging the weapon.
Robles was apprehended in the 2400 block of S. Homan at 12:37 p.m. and was placed into custody after he was positively identified. Gonzalez is a convicted felon. No further details are available.
