Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
Frances A. Rosinski, Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Litigation Business Unit, participated in a mock disciplinary trial at the National Organization of Bar Counsel’s annual meeting in Chicago on August 4, 2018. Rosinski, having previously served as a disciplinary prosecutor for 20 years, acted as lead counsel for the defense in the mock disciplinary trial.
Rosinski is a current member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, a Character and Fitness panel member with Michigan’s Board of Law Examiners, and a Supreme Court Administrative Office (SCAO)-trained facilitative mediator.
