Village of Franklin Park accuses O'Hare Wallypark of operating an illegal parking lot

CHICAGO — The village of Franklin Park is suing O'Hare Wallypark and Avistar Parking Inc. for allegedly running an illegal parking facility.

Franklin Park filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging the defendants are operating a business without a license. 

Avistar Parking is accused of  running the parking facility with an expired business license and without a required occupancy permit since Feb. 9, 2015. 

The village claims that the defendant promised to come into compliance but has failed to do so. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks temporary restraining order, preliminary and permanent injunction, award attorneys' fees, court costs, and other relief.

The plaintiff is represented by P. Joseph Montana, Matthew M. Welch and Erin E. Blake of Montana & Welch LLC in Palos Heights.
