Finance company sues nursing home for alleged breach of contract

CHICAGO — A finance company is suing Glen Saint Andrew Living Community citing alleged breach of contract.

Main Credit Corp. filed a complaint on Aug. 27, in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the nursing facility breached its duty of good faith and fair dealings.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant breached its contract by allegedly failing to pay Main Credit's assignor, Senova Healthcare Support Services LLS, $459,487 for providing healthcare support services to defendant's Niles-based nursing facility. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in the amount of $459,487, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and other relief. They are represented by W. Kent Carter of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP in Chicago.
