Mr. Theriault’s practice is devoted to helping injured victims in matters involving product liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. He was recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2014-2017 and a “Super Lawyer” in 2018. Additionally, he has been selected by his peers as a “Leading Lawyer” from 2015-2018. He is a Gold Fellow of the IBF, an elected member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Assembly, and a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. He received a B.A. in Legal Studies from DePaul University and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
