Schiff Hardin LLP issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Schiff represented veteran wealth advisor Gary Hirschberg, who spent the last 12 years at Goldman Sachs advising multi-generational families on taxation issues and philanthropy, in the launch of a new independent wealth management firm called Aaron Wealth Advisors.
A partnership between Hirschberg and Dynasty Financial Partners, Aaron Wealth Advisors will focus on the complex needs of ultra-high net worth families, including successful entrepreneurs, sophisticated investors, multi-generational families, and family offices. Hirschberg serves as the chief executive officer of the new firm, which is based in Chicago and has plans to open an Indianapolis office in 2019.
The Schiff team worked with Hirschberg to establish the registered independent advisory (RIA) firm, including entity formation, employee agreements, office lease negotiations and contracts, and partnership integration with Dynasty Financial Partners and its leading technology platform.
