Woman alleges she was injured using trampoline at Sky High Sports Niles

CHICAGO – A woman alleges she was injured at a Niles business when her foot got caught while using a trampoline.

Diana Torres filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against Sky High Sports Niles, alleging on Oct. 9, 2016, she was injured when her foot got caught in the space between the cubes of a trampoline.

The plaintiff allges the defendants carelessly and negligently operated, managed, maintained and controlled the premises and allowed the trampolines to remain in an unsafe condition.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants of more than $50,000, and reasonable compensation for plaintiff's injuries. She is represented by Corey A. Benjamin of Benjamin and Shapiro LTD in Chicago.
