CHICAGO – A man has accused a gym manager of falsely accusing him of sexually assaulting a juvenile.

Jason Coleman filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in Cook County Circuit Court against Naquita Williams, also known as China Williams; and L.A. Fitness.

According to the complaint, Williams is a manager at LA Fitness. The plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 13, 2017, Williams announced to LA Fitness members that he attempted to sexually assault her juvenile daughter and she "maliciously threatened to call her baby's father to strike plaintiff and did raise her open hand in a manner so as to cause plaintiff to reasonably believe he was about to be struck," the suit states.

The suit states the same day, Williams was arrested by the Chicago Police Department and charged with assault. The plaintiff alleges he has never been investigated, arrested, charged or convicted of any sexual conduct with a minor.

The plaintiff seeks an amount greater than $50,000 as and for presumed damages, plus costs of this lawsuit, and other relief. He is represented by Michael A. Kosner of The Deratany Firm in Chicago.
