CHICAGO – A patron of a Chicago restaurant alleges liquid on the floor of the men's room caused him to fall.

Steven Keller filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against Benny's Chophouse LLC alleging on Nov. 9, 2017, he was at the restaurant at 444 N. Wabash Ave. in Chicago and was injured when he slipped and fell because of liquid on the floor of the men's restroom.

The plaintiff alleges Benny's Chophouse failed to adequately remove the liquid from the floor, failed to warn guests and place adequate warning signs, and failed to properly repair or maintain the men's restroom.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in a sum of more than $50,000 and costs of suit. He is represented by Bradley N. Pollock and Sam R. Carl of Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman LLC in Chicago.
