CHICAGO – A Huntley woman alleges a plastic surgeon failed to properly diagnose her condition.
Deborah Taylor filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court against physician Anil Shah and Anil Shah M.D., S.C., doing business as Anil Shaj, M.D. Facs, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 8, 2016, Taylor received medical care from the defendant. However, plaintiff claims she was not properly diagnosed and was left permanently and severely disabled.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages in an amount of more than $50,000. She is representing herself.
