CHICAGO – A patron shot at a Chicago nightclub alleges the business did not have any trained security on the premises.
David Cross filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in Cook County Circuit Court against Hearts Partnership LLC alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on April 7, 2014, Cross was at the defendant's premises when he was shot in the chest and seriously injured.
