Clark Hill Member Chad Poznansky has been selected to join the Board of Directors of Christopher House for a 3-year term effective immediately.
Christopher House is a family of schools providing a continuum of education to low-income children and their families. For over 110 years, Christopher House has adapted to the needs of the community to provide high-quality education and support to those in need. Poznansky previously served as an Associate Board Member.
Poznansky focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including multifamily apartment buildings, condominium properties, vacant land, office buildings, shopping centers and hotels. He counsels small and medium sized businesses with respect to formation and capitalization issues, operating issues, acquisitions, financing and succession planning. Poznansky is heavily involved in local and legal community organizations as well as pro-bono efforts.
He has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in Real Estate and has been named a Top 100 Emerging Real Estate Lawyer by Leading Lawyers Magazine.
