CHICAGO – An independent administrator has filed a wrongful death suit against several care facilities.

Latasha Robinson, as independent administrator of the estate of Eugene Ivy, filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in Cook County Circuit Court against Glenshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre LTD, Oak Lawn Respiratory & Rehabilitation Center, and others, alleging negligence, wrongful death and other counts.

According to the complaint, Ivy was a resident of Glenshire Nursing from April 2017-March 2018 and at Oak Lawn Respiratory & Rehabilitation Center from August 2016-April 2017. The suit states Ivy died March 23.
