CHICAGO – A Chicago woman alleges the door at an Oak Lawn business severed a portion of her finger.

Anna Kudera filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in Cook County Circuit Court against Penny's Slots and Video Poker, BRG Investments Inc. and Blackhawk Restaurant Group LLC alleging premises liability.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 20, 2017, the plaintiff was at the defendants' property when the door to the women's restroom struck her finger and severed a portion of it.
