Tressler LLP issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.
We are proud to welcome Gabriel Alvarado as a new associate in Tressler’s HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. He will be located in our Bolingbrook, Illinois office.
Gabe’s practice includes knowledge in the areas of real estate financing, foreclosures and interpreting banking laws and regulations. Gabe has extensive experience revising corporate governing and financial documents. He has over 4 years of real estate and banking industry experience. He was recently an internal auditor for Northern Trust and worked as a mortgage banking underwriter for JP Morgan Chase prior to law school. During law school, Gabe was an extern for the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Mortgage Foreclosure Division and interned for Zurich North America and PRM Realty LLC.

Tressler’s HOA Practice Group been growing the past few years, most notably with the addition of partner Katerina Tsoukalas-Heitkemper.
