CHICAGO — A Mt. Prospect woman is suing a dental facility, citing alleged professional negligence.
Artmiss Nazari filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Jonathan W. Wong and Renovo Endodontics Studio, alleging the defendants failed to properly treat plaintiff's tooth and deviated from the standard medical care.
According to the complaint, in August 2015, Nazari received an implant placement surgery in his upper right molar from defendant Wong that he claims failed within a week because of how it was placed within his mouth. Plaintiff alleges he sustained injuries, experienced pain and has incurred unnecessary medical, hospital and related expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for actual damages, costs of suit, and other relief. She is represented by Ehsan Eftekhari of Eftekhari Law Offices in Evanston.
