CHICAGO — A woman is suing Loyola University Medical Center, citing alleged negligence.
Tina Marie Presi filed a complaint on Feb. 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the hospital carelessly and negligently allowed its elevator to operate in an unsafe condition
According to the complaint, on May 6, 2018, plaintiff was struck by the door as she was entering the elevator, resulting in injuries and medical expenses.
The plaintiff seeks more than $50,000 plus the cost of suit. She is represented by David Petrich of Sandman, Levy and Petrich LLC in Chicago.
