Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Hultquist focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation and product liability. Serving clients in a diverse range of industries, he represents hedge funds, partnerships, public and private corporations and REITs in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, mass tort and class action product liability.
Hultquist has served as national coordinating trial counsel in mass tort and class action suits, and has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations both domestically and in Europe, the Caribbean and Asia.
Hultquist earned his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and his B.S. summa cum laude from Marquette University.
